Refund policy

RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, please contact us and we will make things right.  We accept returns up to 30 days after the date of delivery. Refunds are issued within 2-7 business days after receipt of the return package. Please make sure your return items have tracking information so we can validate your return. ORDER EXCHANGES/CANCELLATIONS
We usually ship within 24 hours of order. Please contact us within 24 hours to cancel an order. We cannot guarantee order will be cancelled after the 24 hour window.

 

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & PRE-ORDERS
If an item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, we will ship all available items in your order and email you indicating that one of your selected items is out of stock. You will not be charged for the out of stock item. We will not ship the item when it is back in stock. You will have to re-order the item once it is back in stock.  You can Pre-Order an item only if the product has a later shipping date stated.
